The Arduino Mega 2560 version has 54 digital input/output signals, 16 analogues, PWM pins, SPI pins and serial channels. It can be connected to many types of HMI displays including the popular ST7735 and Nextion panels (www.nextion.tech).
There are many YouTube videos covering all aspects of the Arduino and forums for help.
